About
UniVentStroy - building engineering systems
UniVentStroy LLC installs indoor and outdoor networks: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, water supply, sewage, heat supply, HVAC automation and commissioning.
About 45 people on staff. Six engineers with 2 to 30 years in mechanical systems. Own tools, site cabins, warehouses and plant.
We run several sites in parallel. We also take related works: smoke exhaust, fire protection, insulation, core drilling. Sometimes with subcontractors if that is faster for the client.
What we do
Installation, commissioning and service of engineering networks
We work under Belarusian attestats. We take a site from install to start-up and can stay on a service contract.
Heat systems
Heating, indoor and outdoor heat networks, insulation. Sized so risers do not freeze in winter.
→Water supply and sewage
Water and drainage inside the building and on the plot. A reliable inlet and a clear outlet at handover.
→Process systems
Process piping and automation. For plants, labs, warehouses and special buildings.
→Commissioning
Tests, set-up and start-up. The system has to hit design figures, not just run.

How we work
From request to handover - no extra talk
The usual path for a general contractor, developer or building owner. If you already have a design, we start faster.
Request
Tell us the building and which systems you need. If you have drawings or a BOQ - send them with the first message.
Site review
We read the drawings and visit if needed. We check quantities, nodes and what is already built.
Estimate and schedule
We price works, materials and dates. We fix the scope in the contract so there is no argument on site.
Installation
Crews on site, a works log, staged close-out. We work to the attestat and the design, not by eye.
Start-up and handover
Commissioning, tests, as-built papers. We can stay for service after that.

Straight answers
Do you work only in Minsk?
The base is in Minsk, Pobediteley Ave. 127. We have built sites across Belarus and the CIS. If the plot is outside Minsk, we discuss travel separately.
Can you join a general contractor as a subcontractor?
Yes, that is how we often work. The presentation lists SU-1 Belbud, Stroytrust No. 7, Minskpromstroy and others. We take our package, close the acts and do not drag other trades.
Which systems are covered by the attestat?
Outdoor and indoor water, sewage and heat networks. Ventilation and air conditioning (except smoke exhaust). Refrigeration and automation except for high-hazard sites. We also hold a general-contractor attestat for engineering infrastructure.
Do you do commissioning and as-built papers?
Yes. Tests, set-up, start-up and handover documents. A site cannot close without this, so it is not optional.
Do you stay for service after handover?
Yes. We service systems already handed over, including Daikin air conditioning at Riviera Plaza and other sites in the archive.
How do I get an estimate?
Leave a phone number in the form or call. We need a design, a BOQ or at least the address and the list of systems. We will not invent a figure with no input.
